Hotel competition in the country is tight and that is not a challenge one should take lightly. This view is also shared by Prasanthi Hotels and Resorts when developing the management of its hotels. Prasanthi has underlined a unique business concept from the day it was founded 4 years ago by using the tagline, “Truly Indonesian hospitality,” which is used as its main motto. Its strategy to penetrate the market by way of ﬂexibility is also going as planned.
