A space limitation does not mean a house should lose its character as a comfortable and tranquil haven for its occupants. An architect often has to use his skills to show people that certain spatial constraints do not necessarily hinder luxury, something that we can see clearly in this domain at Green Garden, West Jakarta. With a design that heeds the needs of its occupants, the meticulous placement of voids and openings ensures an efficient airflow between rooms, complemented by savvy use of technology and materials. The details shown throughout the house highlight its brilliance as a luxury place for living.
