We are probably familiar with this following philosophy, “a home is built with love and dreams.” But there is also a popular saying about a house which is more realistic, “a house is made of walls and beams.” Although both are true, they are contradictive in nature. Yet there are a great deal of architects out there who have managed to create a comfortable house for its owner through the use of natural elements, shrewd choice of materials and other technical aspects. One example of this is a small-scale homey house in Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang, which benefits from the optimal use of a rather small, hook-located site.
